  We've had Romano's several times, and it's always good! Steak & cheese is my go to take out sandwich and theirs is excellent! Pizzas, fries, mozzarella sticks all cooked right. I'm a pick up customer, and their timing has always worked out for me.

  I just finished speaking to Brianna who says she is a manager.   I do not feel that she understood what just happened.  First time looking to order some dinner.  We placed an order online which required that we prepay and then also include tip. Ok fine.  But after waiting a while I call your place and a woman proceeded to tell me that there is a glitch with online ordering so I have to place the order now. I am no, I am not going to wait another 45 min and as I am checking my account to see
  
  card was debited., she says are you gonna order or not.
  I said hold pls and she hangs up.  My money was taken. I call back and was told by Brianna that order is on the way.  I do live 5 min away, but it is now 20 min later and nothing.  So that is my first impression.  And I will tell everyone I know about it.  I hope I get this food tonight.   But I expect you to remedy this.  I do not feel I should be treated like this and want my money back.

  I ordered online. Always same order. Steak and Cheese with pepperoni. When I get the order it was a Steak and Cheese with peppers. I called to ask and was greeted by the worst manager of any food place I have seen. She was rude and screaming saying the order glitched and that I would need to pay for a new Sub to get it right and wait another hour. I then try to call to talk to owner but was put on what I guess is a black list because everything I call they say oh we can't serve you. Well good because I won't pay for food that was prepared wrong and I can't eat. The place really has gone downhill.

  Delicious food every time I order and pickup. Never have had a bad meal and the meal is reasonable. I'll get a tuna wrap in wheat and it's packed well and a large sandwich. They always run coupons here here too. Parking is tough when they are busy but it's a great stop.

  New management absolutely sucks. She's rude and does not take care of the customers like your suppose to . Steak tip salad is 12$ comes with 5 small pieces and a bowl of lettuce . Monday's are the only days that are good because u get a large pizza for 5 $ after 5pm and their pizza is good .. other than that won't order here again .... wompppp
